Last time it was both my knees. Right now...both my shoulders and wrists are super inflamed (tendinitis) as well as my left knee. Everything hurts so bad 🥺 and this means no bike, no working out, no getting out of the house for from anywhere from 3 to 10 days. Bed, YouTube and tons of meds. Fuck fuck fuck I hate this shit. I was doing so well lately. Ugh...every time it happens I wonder how the fuck I’m gonna get old!? I’ll literally be stuck in bed because of the pain for days. And it’s just starting and could go to other articulations. Don’t know why it’s happening now or when it will go away. Sorry to vent. This is so frustrating... Ginger is officially out of service.
