Today I went for a long walk and managed to do 10 minutes of pilates! I know Iβve had literal covid but not working out is really hard on mental health. Itβs something that really helps keep me sane. Hopefully I havenβt lost all my ass muscle lol. Looking forward to a new year of training harder than ever πͺ Also blessed to be feeling better today. It still comes and goes in waves though and Iβm pretty tired after my walk π΄
