Feel free to tip towards the "Ember needs a caffeine free preworkout so she doesn't feel like her heart is going to explode on the stair master" fund. Honestly A) how is caffeine free pre workout so expensive? And b) HOW DO PEOPLE TAKE THE PRE WORKOUT STUFF WITH 250MG OF CAFFEINE. HOW DO THEY SURVIVE? 😂
