Woke up feeling a little funk today so I decided to shake it off with some silly dancing and listening to hype music while getting ready. I’ve found in my ten plus years with anxiety/depression that is morning is when I’m most susceptible to feeling down on the pressures of the world, so doing this helps me cope and work through until my day gets fully started. What are some ways you shake off the funks?
