

Somehow I've given up sports lately 😔 I don't know why, but I only have the strength and desire for the usual morning exercise and sometimes yoga. Although I used to go to the gym, mixed martial arts and swimming pool regularly.
But I think that the most important thing is the desire and until I have it, I will take a short break from sport. To keep in shape it is enough for me to do exercises and yoga, and in the future I may want to do something else ❤️
